Our clinical team is comprised of occupational therapists, a technician, a therapy assistant and administrators.

A range of equipment is offered at the assessment process, criteria dependent.

Referrals are received from health professionals for all new referrals.  Service users can re-refer themselves once they are known to the service.  All powered wheelchair referrals should come from a therapist. Referrals can be emailed to the email address below or posted to the service.

Appointments can take place at the clinic, at home, school or day services.
